The work we do involves hours of 1:1 strategy and weeks of research, concept exploration, and creative direction development. When we design a logo - we also want to create the assets, values, and messaging you’ll need to share your brand (in-person and online) with the world for years to come.

Absolutely. We offer really flexible payment plans - and have made our own business decisions around the fact that we ALWAYS want to offer them. There are so many barriers to success for women and non-binary folks navigating entrepreneurship. We want to do our part to ensure that finances don’t get in the way of professional design services being accessible. 

When you book a project with us, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our calendar. We also ask that all project fees are paid before your completed deliverables are sent to you. Other than that, you can decide the frequency and amount of your installments. Our late-payment fees are hefty, but since offering flexible payment options - we’ve never had to use them! 

Not usually. Our pricing allows us to be competitive in our industry, accounts for the years of experience we bring to the table, and allows us some wiggle room to donate to causes we believe in. Sometimes we will offer adjusted project pricing to fill a last minute availability in our calendar - and these availabilities are posted on our Instagram if they ever come up! 

You need an established business or a business idea, and a budget! You will also need to be available for occasional video calls and quick email responses during our project to ensure there are no delays. For website projects, we highly recommend you plan a branding photoshoot before your website launches if you do not have original photos. But don’t stress - we have loads of photographer recommendations for you. We look to work with entrepreneurs who are super passionate about what they do, with a desire to improve their industries for the better. We love working with businesses that have sustainability, diversity, reconciliation, or environmental goals, no matter how big or small! 

We ask all potential clients to fill out a project application because of the bespoke nature our work. Everyone is different, and the application gives us basic information so we can show up to our first call together prepared and ready to brainstorm! It’s also a security measure. We deeply care about keeping your information secure, safe, and confidential. 

Launches can be so stressful, and sometimes a client comes into our life who is on a tight deadline. If our schedule allows, we are happy to complete the project early. Last-minute timeline adjustments that require us to deliver the project early must always be approved by us in writing, and a 15% rush fee may be applicable. 

We’re grateful to be a busy agency, and we tend to schedule our projects at least 3 months in advance. If you’re thinking about inquiring to work together - don’t be afraid to reach out! Not at the moment. We are happy to share our expertise and insights through a brand consulting call, at an hourly rate of $200/hour. In the future, we hope to offer paid internships at East and Eve Creative Co. for up-and-coming designers, strategists, and creative people interested in our line of work! With kindness, empathy, and care! We also like to use Zoom for video calls, Loom for quick face-to-face virtual feedback and instruction, email for every day communication, and Slack for quick project updates. 

Yes! All of our web projects include basic SEO support to help you rank on Google. We do keyword research which informs our copywriting, and always have the most amount of fun writing your webpage titles and meta descriptions. We’ll also always urge you to optimize your website photos (by-naming-them-like-this.jpg) before adding them into your website! 

That said, if you are looking for more strategic or technical SEO support, you may need to work with someone who exclusively focuses on SEO.
